Röhlig Penske Logistics is a joint venture between Röhlig Logistics and Penske Logistics and builds on the successful cooperation between the two logistics companies in serving common customers in Europe. Röhlig Penske Logistics offers warehouse space, transport management and e-commerce logistics at its locations in Nettetal, Germany and Roosendaal, The Netherlands. 100 employees work at the two locations.

Due to the increased need for more support in the supporting departments, we are looking for a candidate in the new role of 
 

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the onboarding as well as offboarding of new employees, including all necessary documentation from a legal, EH&S, ICT and payroll perspective.
  • Coordinating and outsourcing of employment law issues to Rohlig HR corporate and ensuring communication and follow-up within the Nettetal location.
  • Administrative assistance in the training-, recruitment- and sickness process, incl. reporting.
  • Coordinates internal communication so that general information reaches all employees.
  • Handles the purchasing and administration of office- and warehouse supplies, solves basic issues with the suppliers and guarantees sufficient stock.
  • Assist the Finance Business Partner in site-specific finance processing activities, like checking invoices, collecting operational data for billing etc. 


Skills required

  • secondary vocational education.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative position, preferable in logistics, HR or finance. 
  • Good knowledge of German and English, both oral and writing.
  • Computer proficiency including Excel & Financial systems.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy; can handle confidential data and works ethically.
