Röhlig Penske Logistics is a joint venture between Röhlig Logistics and Penske Logistics and builds on the successful cooperation between the two logistics companies in serving common customers in Europe. Röhlig Penske Logistics offers warehouse space, transport management and e-commerce logistics at its locations in Nettetal, Germany and Roosendaal, The Netherlands. 100 employees work at the two locations. 

To strengthen our HR team we are looking for HR office management support with a strong affinity for people management and human resources, willing to take the quality of the HR supporting processes to a higher level, together with the HR manager and the local management. An HR education is certainly not necessary; we can train you in the basics of HR on the job and there is also a significant training budget available for external training. 

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Takes care of the secetarial and administrative HR processes with regard to onboarding, performance management, training and outflow of staff. 
  • Updates the Röhlig-Penske HR documents and policies and maintains the intranet HR home page for accuracy and topicality.
  • Handles HR correspondance based on high level instruction and ensures good (digital) filing. 
  • Is single point of contact for the lease company as well as the company car drivers and and ensures a balanced administration.
  • Organizes special company events and -projects at the request of HR or Management. 

 

 

Skills required

  • A completed secondary vocational (MBO) education in Office Management Support; a professional training focused on HR is a plus, but is certainly not a must.
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in secretarial and/or management support
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs and profound interest in digital data processing 
  • Fluent in English and Dutch or German, both verbal and written. When fluent in Dutch proficiency in the German language is highly desirable, when fluent in German proficiency in the Dutch language is highly desirable.
  • Ability to handle highly confidential, detailed and critital information in a professional manner.
  • Excellent social-, organizational- and communication skills.
  • Pro-active and service-oriented work attitude.
