Customer Solutions Specialist

We are currently looking for an experienced Customer Solutions Specialist to join this busy and successful team, working primarily from our London Heathrow office.  You will have an analytical mind, knowledge in key account management and pricing and a solid freight forwarding work history.



  • Pricing for new and existing accounts of any size, including strategic accounts and global tenders
  • Sales support from onboarding to implementation of new accounts
  • Development and implementation of Rohlig UK’s account management structure and strategy
  • Enhanced digital and technological affinity in alignment with Rohlig’s digital solutions initiatives
  • Ad hoc troubleshooting with proactive and flexible approach to finding new solutions


Skills required

  • Educated to a minimum GCSE standard including maths and English. Higher education degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2-3 years freight forwarding experience
  • Highly competent IT skills (MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Strong customer-focused communication skills and experience
  • Strong administrative skill set, including excellent time management
  • Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
  • Digital affinity to gain an understanding for Rohlig’s digital products
