Röhlig Penske Logistics is a joint venture between Röhlig Logistics and Penske Logistics and builds on the successful cooperation between the two logistics companies in serving common customers in Europe. Röhlig Penske Logistics offers warehouse space, transport management and e-commerce logistics at its locations in Nettetal, Germany and Roosendaal, The Netherlands. 100 employees work at the two locations.

 

You will contribute to the success of one of our multinational customers, by providing dedicated support service for markets on all logistics-, stock availability- and ordering issues and acting as order management expert (online ordering tool expert). 

Responsibilities

  • Managing the order process of the customer for all their EMEA stores;
  • Answering and logging mails/calls from markets for all their supply chain issues;
  • Aligning with internal and external stakeholders and manage the Order Delivery Schedule & Intime dispatch;
  • Using SLA’s to manage response from Supply Chain team to maximize OTIF and customer service;
  • Relationship management with customers;
  • Identifying the root cause of any order fulfilment issues and take action to resolve and/or escalate;
  • Being able to prioritize any challenges internally or externally and escalate to team lead.

 

Skills, knowledge and experience required

  • The qualified Customer Service Representative we’re looking for has a minimum of 2 years’ experience in
  •    Work effectively under pressure and with deadlines;
  • Ability to deal effectively with queries and complaints and managing quality issues;
  • Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written;
  • Structured and well organized, attention to detail;
  • Analytically skilled and proficient in Excel.
  • In case of a 24 or 32 hour working week, the candidate must exceptionally and temporarily be prepared to extend the hours to 40.
  • customer service/order management in an international (preferably supply chain) environment;
