While Röhlig Logistics was founded in 1852 in Germany, Röhlig Australia was established in 1973 and has since provided air freight, ocean freight, customs brokerage, project logistics and warehousing solutions across 6 offices employing 165 people - Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Newcastle (opening 2019), Adelaide, Perth.
The new facility in Moorebank (Sydney) will allow us to support our customers' growth by expanding our service offering with 3PL and supply chain management, as we are located next to the highly anticipated Moorebank Intermodal Terminal. A similar facility has opened in Melbourne, in Truganina, offering 8,000 sqm of warehouse space, and a new expanded facility opened in Auckland, New Zealand in 2017.
Rohlig New Zealand was established in 1989 and now employs 55 people in 3 offices: Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch.
A warehouse will open in Perth in April 2022. There are also plans to open a warehouse in Adelaide at the end of the year.
