Westfields Sports High School students visit Röhlig

Sydney, December 2019. At the beginning of  December Röhlig Australia welcomed students and teachers from Westfields Sports High School to our Sydney office as part of the “Make Your Move” school education program.

The program was facilitated by the International Freight Forwarders' Association and aims to educate and encourage high school students to consider the international freight and logistics industry in Australia.

The morning visit involved an introductory presentation from members of our Röhlig team as well as an office and warehouse tour that encourages student participation.

We were happy to talk and explain more about Freight Forwarding and Logistics business and answer numerous questions.  A special Thank You to Kristina Riley for organizing the tour and Jay Farrugia ,  Felix Jeschke and Peter Josevski for sharing their career paths with school students.  It was very engaging to get that "personal touch" and answer all the questions young people had.

Röhlig Australia supports young individuals offering training and internship opportunities.  For more information click the link https://www.rohlig.com/career/graduates
