The U.S. Trade Representative has determined that appropriate action in this investigation includes the imposition of an additional ad valorem duty of 25 percent on products from China classified in the subheadings of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS) set out in Annex A of Docket Number USTR-2018-0018

The additional duties set out in Annex A are effective with respect to products that are entered for consumption, or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, on or after July 6, 2018.
