Responsabilidades

  • Developing and leading a strong sales and key account team including assuming accountability for overall performance    
  • Developing new opportunities with customers by meeting with key influencing personnel and decision makers on all regional and global accounts across Asia
  • Designing and executing a sales strategy for the sales and key account teams
  • Generating new business by developing new leads and identifying and targeting key accounts
  • Utilising a deep understanding of our clients and their challenges to package and present tailored solutions 
  • Delivering first class proposals, identifying customer needs, presenting the Rohlig solution in a clear manner and proving Rohlig value
  • Ensuring the voice of the customer is heard clearly within Rohlig, able to influence and set the customer requirements with internal partners
  • Understanding industry trends and market developments, and how Rohlig can leverage these developments to grow the business
  • Ensuring sales and service team establishes professional and effective relationships to appropriately present our products to current and potential clients
  • Implementing and leading the structure and process for continuous improvement in area of responsibility
  • Delivering regular reports to local and global stakeholders on activities, performance, competitor information, market trends, product opportunities and customer requirements

Habilidades requeridas

  • Degree qualification in marketing, business, economics or logistics - desirable 
  • Demonstrated success in a commercially focused role 
  • Highly effective planning, organizing and resource coordination skills 
  • Experience within the freight forwarding and contract logistics industry 
  • A proven track record in the creation of new markets, major account management and solution selling 
  • Proven commitment to client service 
  • High level communication and influencing skills 
  • Well-developed people management skills, particularly in the areas of motivation and engagement
