Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities

  • Administrate warehouse customers
  • Control customs clearances
  • Book & Control transportation
  • Administrating customer emballage pool
  • Acknowledge supplier invoices
  • Contact with customer and suppliers
  • Prepare Customer invoicing
  • To manage and inspect all the incoming & outgoing goods.

Further Responsiblities

  • To receive all goods, tools, packaging materials and etc in to the warehouse and ensuring accuracy
  • stipulated in supporting documentation (delivery notes, receiving reports, purchasing orders and etc)
  • To ensure warehouse general worker properly stock and store inbound and outbound goods, tools and packaging materials in an orderly manner.
  • To ensure proper record keeping and document reconciliation.
  • Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; maintaining clean shipping supply area; complying with procedures, rules and regulations
  • To manage and supervise storekeepers and warehouse general workers.
  • To support the Logistics & Warehouse Executive in the smooth and efficient running of goods store and goods loading for delivery.
  • Ensuring process control are established and adhered to handle stock movement and inventory control according to procedures and work instruction.
  • Contribute of idea and improvement for department and to liaise closely with inter department personnel’s closely for effective and efficient supporting roles.
  • Ensure stocks items are neatly arranged with proper segregation, identification and labelling.
  • Ensure daily inbound and outbound goods activity is carried out properly to maintain stock accuracy.
  • To ensure cleanliness at all times of work area.
  • Adhoc system operations requests

 

Skills required

  • WMS, CargowiseOne WMS, Microsoft Office
  • In depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent command of English 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • High level of accuracy 
  • Highly motivated, resilient and patient 
  • Enjoys working as part of a team
  • Applicant must be eligible to work in Malaysia legally.
