National Sales Manager

Responsibilities
- Develop local sales strategy in line with global business strategy, financial objectives, Group guidelines and policies
- Develop market acquisition and retention strategies in order to maximize sales growth and optimize profits
- Lead sales team members to achieve sales targets and monitor performance
- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
- Prepare periodic meeting
- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs
- Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency
Skills required
- Previous experience (5-10 years) successful sales or account management or as National Sales Manager in freight forwarding, logistics and or transportation industry
- Strong analytical skills and good communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Experience with CRM software
- Fluent in english
