Röhlig Malaysia celebrated the official inauguration of its expanded warehouse facilities in Subang Jaya with a grand opening ceremony at the end of January. The logistics solutions provider gradually expanded its storage capacity over the past years. Having opened four new warehouses between 2020 and 2023, Röhlig Malaysia increased its capacity by more than tenfold and now boasts an impressive warehouse space of around 20,000 square metres.

"The official opening ceremony marked an important milestone in our ambitious growth journey. Thanks to the strategic expansion of our facilities, we have not only increased storage space but also significantly enhanced operational efficiency. We will now be able to deliver even greater value to our clients, leveraging our expanded capacity to meet their evolving needs in today’s dynamic market landscape."

Cutting the ribbon at röhlig malaysia warehouse

The inauguration consisted of an insightful warehouse tour, followed by the official ribbon cutting ceremony and an impressive dragon dance performance, symbolising good luck and prosperity. With various members of Röhlig’s local and global leadership team in attendance, the event underscored the significance of Röhlig Malaysia’s expansion not only within the region but on a global scale.

Further demonstrating its commitment to compliance and quality service, Röhlig Malaysia was awarded a bonded warehouse license in November 2023. The license allows temporary storage and the granting of customs privileges for imported goods, facilitating international trade and optimising inventory management.
