Coronavirus outbreak and changes to daily business
31 January 2020 - Please be advised that due to the outbreak of coronavirus, all Röhlig offices within Mainland China will remain closed until 10 February. Staff will still be able to attend to all correspondence for the duration of this period in order to ensure the continuation of our services to customers.
Due to a suspension of service across several major airlines, delays are expected within the coming days and weeks. However, our staff will be cooperating closely with customers in order to find suitable solutions and to limit disruptions.
We continue to monitor the situation closely, with the safety of our customers and employees remaining a top priority. We have advised our global employees to defer business trips to China until further notice. We would advise all customers concerned to contact their closest Röhlig representative for advice and information on how their services may be affected.
