Röhlig Logistics GmbH & Co. KG is required to prepare and disclose an Income Tax Information Report in accordance with Sections 342b et seq. of the German Commercial Code (HGB).
In compliance with these statutory requirements, the report will be disclosed no later than one year after the end of the respective reporting period. For each reporting year, the Income Tax Information Report will be made available free of charge through the website of the German Company Register (Unternehmensregister) for a minimum period of five years.
As a result, the statutory obligation to publish the Income Tax Information Report on the Company's own website no longer applies.
