Röhlig New Zealand - Netlogix Local Transport Partnership
Röhlig NZ is pleased to announce a strategic partnership agreement with Netlogix who provide freight logistic solutions.
Netlogix will deliver logistics solutions using information and knowledge, and by collaborating with freight owners and freight carriers. This will provide us with a single point of accountability, one-stop-shop and customised value-add solutions to meet our customers logistic management requirements.
We foresee significant improvement in efficiencies, accountability and communication and will allow us the time to better focus and service our customers.
Changes for our Customers:
As with all important business decisions, we endeavour to work closely with our customers to make the integration/transition as smooth as possible. Our customers will continue to receive the same high quality service, which they have come to expect.
Netlogix will manage all aspects of local transport from order confirmations, dispatches and delivery.
Phase one roll out will commence with Import shipments into Auckland only, communication with Netlogix will increase with our customers as we strive to find efficiencies in the business. Customers are always welcome to contact us directly.
This is an ongoing project as we work closely with Netlogix to roll out nationwide.
We appreciate your patience while we transition onto a more open, dynamic and competitive way of managing freight.

General Tariff Increase - Australia Infrastructure Charge
The Port Authority of Sydney and Melbourne have introduced a new terminal Infrastructure fee which was effective from 17th April 2017.
The current Infrastructure fee level is applicable to both import and export shipments
-Melbourne Infrastructure Fee : AUD 36.00/ container - FCL
-Sydney Infrastructure Fee : AUD 25.00/ container - FCL
-Melbourne & Sydney Infrastructure Fee: AUD 1.50/ cbm - LCL
As this fee has fully commenced, we have no choice but to pass it on effective from 1st July 2017.
