Throughout our many years, Röhlig New Zealand has been committed to keeping our level of service high and tariff rates steady.
We demonstrate this commitment by continuing to invest in new technologies, better facilities, our people and industry leading compliance standards.
As a result our costs have risen steadily over the last few years and we have now reached a point where we need to increase our tariff rates.
Said increase will be effective for any cargo landing on or after the 1st January 2017.
Our tariff increases are mainly due to:
Increase in transport costs
Increase in pricing from freight providers including airline and port terminals
Increased investment in IT technology
Increased investment in Health & Safety.
Increased industry compliance costs (MPI, RACA, Customs etc)
Increased staffing and training
We trust you understand the reasons for the increase and that we still have your business interests at heart.
