Rohlig Cost Recovery - force majeure status

Rohlig Cost Recovery - force majeure status

From time to time Rohlig Australia are forced to recover costs from customers due to environmental factors beyond and outside of our control. These costs are due to industrial action, carrier fuel surcharges, rising transportation costs and wharf storage.

During these times, Rohlig Australia has no option but to invoke force majeure status and bill customers for these costs.

Rohlig Australia will make every effort to reduce the impact of this action but unfortunately these types of costs are beyond our control.

We would like to thank you for your cooperation during these times and look forward to your continued support.
