Diversity Prize Bremen
In 2014, Röhlig received the Diversity Prize Bremen. The prize is awarded by a group consisting of various social institutions and recognises organisations that promote diversity. Röhlig was awarded the prize for the value it places on diversity in its corporate culture, for its conscious efforts to create cultural diversity amongst its staff, for its exemplary international programme for supporting young talent, for its efforts to promote the compatibility of work and family in the company, and for establishing a balanced gender profile. The jury recognised the principles and actions of Röhlig as an encouraging example for other medium-sized companies.
