Strengthening our core business

Nearly one hundred Röhlig employees from all levels have participated in the Blue-Horizon think tanks. Together, they have developed the key elements of our future strategy.

Our goal is to double our core business by 2012 and then double it again by 2018 with new services and emerging businesses.

During the coming three years, we will significantly expand our sea and air freight businesses in all relevant countries and regions. Furthermore, industrial project logistics will now become the third supporting pillar of our business.

We will also focus on expanding in North America, the Indian subcontinent and China. Network expansion will continue with at least one new company every year.

In order to manage and control our ambitious growth, we will streamline our operational processes and finalize our globally integrated IT system.
