Röhlig-Grindrod South Africa

Learnership Programme for local students

To counter the skill shortage within the freight forwarding industry Röhlig-Grindrod is engaged in a vocational training initiative for local students. Successful candidates take part in an 18-month further training programme. In addition to attending seminars and completing an e-learning program participants work within the company to gain pertinent work experience. The students, who have successfully completed the programme can go on to fulfil operational functions either within Röhlig-Grindrod or with other companies.
